What information will I need to supply?

We'll only ask for the information we need in order to provide the best service possible, tailor your account to your needs and satisfy regulatory obligations.

Our application form is 'smart', so depending on the type of business you operate, we may ask different or additional questions.

As a minimum, you'll need to provide:

✅ Your information as the applicant

✅ Details about your company or business

✅ What your expected account usage will be (e.g. which currencies, the value and volume of payments)

✅ Details on each person who owns 10% or more of the company - usually known as a UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) or PSC (Person of Significant Control)

What happens after I have applied?

✔️ We'll process your application

Our onboarding team will process your application. If any additional information or clarification is required, we'll be in touch. It typically takes just a couple of days to process an application.

✔️ Upload your recipients for you

We can create all your recipients on your account for you, even if you have hundreds or thousands. Simply provide us with the data and we'll do the rest - saves you keying them all in! This service allows you to be up and running quicker.

Dedicated Account Manager

✔️ Introduce your dedicated account manager

Once your account is approved and activated, your dedicated account manager will be in touch to introduce themselves and offer to give you a walkthrough of our payment platform. This person will be your usual named 'go to' person who will get to know your business and payment needs. They'll ensure you have everything you need and are there to answer any questions you may have.
